Welcome to the SPONDON Academic and Admission Program a concern of SPONDON Edu & Consultancy Limited. Before enrolling in our programs, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Enrollment and Registration: To enroll in any program offered by SPONDON Academic and Admission Program, individuals must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Program Fees: Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Late payment may result in additional charges or the suspension of coaching services until payment is received.
3. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to always conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Any disruptive behaviour, cheating, or plagiarism will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
4. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the SPONDON Academic and Admission Program and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once admission is taken cannot be cancelled and no refund is applicable.
6. Changes to Programs: SPONDON Academic and Admission Program reserves the right to make changes to program schedules, curriculum, or instructors as necessary. Every effort will be made to inform students of such changes in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability: SPONDON Academic and Admission Program is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in its programs.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and those laws will resolve any disputes.
